Sydney Rose Miller is a certified personal trainer, nutrition coach, and amateur boxer born and raised in New York City. She began her career as a public high school English teacher before transitioning full-time into fitness coaching. Over 13 years of coaching experience across cycling, boxing, and strength training, she has worked with clients at all levels, from beginners to professional athletes. She was a featured guest trainer for lululemon Studio, where she led 21 classes in boxing, conditioning, meditation, and mobility. She trains in-person at FNT Boxing Club in Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

How is the 90-day program different from other online coaching?

The 90-day Individualized Transformation Program is built on the same structure Sydney uses to prepare for amateur boxing competitions. Instead of a general fitness plan, clients get a specific target date to train toward, the way a boxer trains toward a fight date. Every workout is fully customized with demo videos, the nutrition plan is designed for each client's body and goals, and the program includes weekly FaceTime coaching calls, direct coach access, and adjustments when life intervenes. This is not a PDF. It is a 3-month coaching relationship with a coach who has done this herself.

Is S:Box available outside New York City?

Yes. The 90-day Individualized Transformation Program, the S:Box Training App, and the 30/42 Challenge are all fully online and available to clients anywhere in the United States and internationally. Coaching calls happen over FaceTime, and all programming is delivered through the app with demo videos so clients can train at home, at a hotel gym, or anywhere else. In-person personal training sessions are available in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, at FNT Boxing Club.

How much does the 90-day coaching program cost?

The Individualized Transformation Program is $600 per month with a 3-month minimum commitment, paid upfront. That is $1,800 total for 90 days of fully customized training, personalized nutrition coaching, weekly coaching calls, and direct access to Sydney throughout the program. A free 30-minute consultation is available to anyone who wants to talk through whether the program is the right fit before committing.

Do I need boxing experience to train with S:Box?

No boxing experience is required for any S:Box program. The training is inspired by boxing principles, not a boxing skill requirement. Sydney has coached clients who had never worn a pair of gloves alongside clients who compete in amateur boxing. The programming meets you where you are. If you are a beginner, you will build conditioning, strength, and confidence. If you are experienced, you will train with the rigor and structure of a serious fight camp.

Does S:Box offer prenatal or postnatal training?

Yes. Sydney has specialized in prenatal and postnatal training and has coached clients through pregnancy, recovery, and rebuilding strength after childbirth. The S:Box Training App includes dedicated prenatal and postnatal programs. In-person sessions for prenatal and postnatal clients are available in Williamsburg. For 1-on-1 coaching during or after pregnancy, contact Sydney directly to discuss your specific situation.

What is the S:Box Training App?

The S:Box Training App is available on iOS and Android and provides access to Sydney's subscription-based training programs, including home dumbbell workouts, strength and lifting programs, boxing conditioning sessions, a 120-day fight camp program, and prenatal and postnatal training. The app also hosts group challenges that run on a regular schedule. A 7-day free trial is available for new members.
